Simple static View:


The first thing to do is to choose the pdb file of interest. It can be specified either as a file that will be uploaded or as a PDB Id. For the example the pdb code 1CRN (CRAMBIN) is used as above.


Set the title as "1CRN CARTOON", and then click the process button to launch a first rendering with all default parameters. Then, just change the background type to t_spheresky2, which is a blue sky with reflection on the y-plane, and click the process button. You will get the two following picture (click to enlarge). If you want to get different views of the protein without having to change the orientation panel, you should use the "Produce" option. Keep all previous options and just choose the "ortho2" for production. You will get one additional image presenting a perpendicular view (see the picture part of the Form).
