This is an introduction on how to use a python PDB class written at EBGM. This ``Yet Another PDB parser'' has mostly been developped to make easy the manipulation of sets of PDB data, which we previously performed in C for example. It is a basic tool for data handling. For complex operations on coordinates etc, it has to be used in conjunction with supplementary external tools.
